WriterZen Review by Hoz

by Hoz

When I first spoke with Daniel Nguyen, founder of WriterZen, I quickly realised I had just purchased one of the best tools a content creator can - and must - have in their toolset.

In this post, you'll find my video review of WriterZen, as well as everything you need to know to up your game and increase your probability of ranking using WriterZen.

So what is WriterZen?

WriterZen is hands down the best content creation tool on the market today. Its ingenious workflow and its beautiful interface makes this The King of content analysis tools.

Here's my WriterZen tutorial video crash course

Now, let's get down to business. Let's start with...

The AppsSumo lifetime deal

Here's the WriterZen Appsumo deal.

WriteZen caught my eye when it launched on Appsumo, back in early 2021. As a long-time SEO and content creator (not to mention the fact that testing software tools is my 'thing') I've used and discarded my fair share of content creation tools.

Many SEO tools have come and gone in the past decade, but there are some well-known titans dominating this space, such as Hrefs and SEMrush, both of which I've used.

So, I logged into WriterZen with an open mind; expecting nothing but hoping to find at least one useful feature that would justify investing in the tool.

Little did I know that this tool was about to knock 'the titans' from the top spot.

Here's what I found:

This tool makes any writers content a breeze with its guided content creation process

WriterZen is not like other SEO tools. Instead of acting like a standalone tool that does one thing (for example, keyword research), WriterZen contains the entire content creation process workflow.

With other SEO tools - including those offered by the big players - there is a discontinuity built into the tool (although this is not on purpose).

For example, when I use SEMrush or Hrefs, I use it for one thing specifically - i.e. keyword generation or competitive analysis. Once I'm done, I need to use a different tool for the next step. So my workflow consists of many pieces.

WriterZen solves this problem by making each tool a part of the process.

Here's how:

The ultimate guide to WriterZen

The tool offers 3 key areas, plus a handy little feature:

The dashboard displays shortcuts to each key area:

The Topic Discovery screen shows a cluster of topics related to the main search. You can adjust results to be closely related, medium or wide.

The Keyword Explorer screen shows search volumes fetched via Google's API as well as a plethora of information.

The Content Creator screen contains 3 steps which help you gather all the important information - from content outline through to headings and specific keywords - you want to use in your document. The Content Writing step is where you put it all together. You can use the metrics on the left to guide you as to article length and content.

A handy extra is the plagiarism checker, which you can use as part of your content review process.

Another handy feature is the keyword import screen, where you can imoprt lists of keywords.

The WriterZen interface

As a content creat tool, WriterZen presents a lot of data - and I mean a lot. What strikes me most about this tool is how beautiful the interface is. The tool's design is a UX masterpiece, drawing a perfect balance between usability and delivering everything you need to create rankworthy content.

As you can see from the images, the interface is something else. I encourage you to at least try the tool in order to experience the interface first hand.

Why WriterZen is a good bet (and why I'm 100% behind it)

The tool developers have a clear, ambitious roadmap and are adding new features consistently.

Some of the newer features include:

A training lifetime approach

WriterZen is evolving quickly and the team have been cranking out in-depth webinars to explain every feature of the tool. They are going above and beyond the expected.

Many tool creators document new features and some even create short video tutorials to explain new features. This much you expect from a tool developer. But WriterZen break the mold: they stream webinars, conducted by Daniel (the founder) himself, walking you through every new fearture. These are live events that anyone can sign up to, with user participation. Moreover, at the end of the webinar, Daniel opens up a Q and A to answer any questions.

The webinars are published on WriterZen's youtube channel, so you can always watch a replay if you missed the live event or need to go over it again.

Is WriterZen worth buying?

If you're looking for a AI tool that writes your content for you, then WriterZen is not for you. I'd be cautious with those 'ai tools', but that's a different conversation.

If you're a content creator or blogger or affiliate marketer and you enjoy crafting content that ranks, then WriterZen is for you. It's the only content writing tool you need and will simplify your workflow.

Pricing details

Therea are 3 pricing plans for WriterZen users, all of them priced very competitively - cheaper in most cases than standalone keyword research tools.

Is a WriterZen black friday deal available?

Check WriterZen's website to see if there is a Black Friday deal available. But don't let that delay you if there isn't one. Instead, test the tool to see the value it brings to your content creation wrokflow.

WriterZen is a must-have content writing tool for writers, bloggers and anyone creating and publishing content that needs to rank online.

The entire content creation process is captured by WriterZen, from creating a cluster of related topics in the topic discovery area to gathering keywords and keyword data in the keyword explorer section and creating content outlines as well as optimized content.

The tool's data-rich interface helps you cover everything you need to position yourself as an authority in Google's eyes, and the NLP feature helps you address peoples problems in order to write for humans, making this a perfect content creator tool.
